What are your NSV's? (non-scale victories)
I just realized I finally learned to eat plain yogurt & even enjoy the taste. :p Another victory is that for the first time in months I'm okay with being on pictures! Yay for FatSecret!

That's great! Keep up the great work! :) I think my biggest victory so far is that I'm eating much healthier than I used to do considering half my food was sweets and the rest didn't amount to much either lol. :)

I've lost some fat and other people tell me I look too slim like I'm sick or something lol but my belly is still too big for my taste and I know my body fat percentage is perfectly healthy so I'm gonna keep going lol :)

I love more and more veggies every month. Oddly celery too now which I have always hated but that might be part of being pregnant too. lol! Euheide you are to silly!

If you're okay with pictures you should update your avatar, just sayin'. :P I think my NSV is that I am physically stronger. I always seem to amaze people when I carry heavy objects. Ha!
