Your photos are so bright and colourful. Wondered how you get photos like this. Are you using a mobile phone or a camera, and do you use anything extra like a ring light?

Hi Judy, Thank you for saying so! I’m just using my iPhone and I take the picture directly in the app, so they are not filtered or retouched. I just use natural light on the kitchen counter, or the ceiling light on if it’s night. 😀

Thank you for the info on the photography. Think it's the presentation that is so good too. Scattering dill is making the fish look more interesting and there's the contrast between the red pomegranate seeds, the green leaves and the dark serving dish. It's the sort of photo you find in cookery books.
