What wonderful weather we have been having. I got outside yesterday and today and did some raking. This morning I had a low carb pizza for breakfast using a Joseph's flax, oat bran and whole Wheat pita. I slathered on pizza sauce, 14 slices of pepperoni, and 1/3 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. I baked it in a 350 oven for 15 minutes and it was delicious! It is the first pizza flavored anything I have had since March 29 of last year. I have been thinking about pizza for a long time, but I didn't want to spend so many carbs on it. This had a total of 10 net carbs.
