inaccurate waist measurement around navel: 81.8 cm

blood pressure and heart beat: I forgot taking it until I got up and this is what I got: 113/65 - 64 bpm

Yesterday I really ate too much but I was also awake for a longer time than usual. I also woke up in the middle of the night to drink a cup of milk :)


Edit: It's funny that, according to Cronometer.com, 172 g of ocean perch has almost exactly the same ratio of calories (165 g) to protein (31 g) found in 100 g of chicken breast. But then they're completely different in other nutritional aspects:

Where I wrote "carbohydrates", read "high-GI foods" instead ;). A little mistake there. That's referring to what people usually do. It's not a certainty of course heheh :)
