Scale Victory: Yesterday was - 40# since i started this journey days after the 2012 Christmas Holiday Season... :)

Non-Scale Victory: I started wearing my nice watch again today... I haven't worn it for some time. When i put it on my wrist, it was circling my wrist uncontrollably... I needed to take a link out of the band. :)

Hope everyone has had a NICE weekend... Can't wait to "KILL IT" at the gym this week! Congrats to all my FS buddies too... I few that deserve a personal call out... Yolanda and Janet. You guys are doing AWESOME! Keep up your POSITIVE influence on ME and the rest of your FS buddies! :)
