Long day at work, came home mentally exhausted, made a good but quick dinner, off to bed early. Will head for the gym after work tomorrow. Gave my body 2 days instead of 1 to recover after overdoing on sat.

I usually also extend recovery days. It usually pays off when one's feeling too tired that specific day :) Have a good rest!
