A loss is a loss! Also seen you are doing couch to 5k, if you are upping exercise you may see that you are building muscle which won't see you lose as much on the scales but you will see improvements in your mental health and shape of your body.

I agree. A loss is a loss. You've done great! Some people have a small loss before a bigger one comes. I hope it happens for you. If not, it's weight that is gone forever, big or small.
