usiaku 16 tahun, bb skrg 55,6 tb 156cm. pernah ga sih ngerasain stres sampe nangis sama tubuh karena gini2 aja. bb ga berubah, bentuk badan ga berubah, usaha udah. dietku jalan 7 bulan tapi belom sampe goals, 56-55 terus gaada perubahan. ngeliat proses orang kok kayaknya enak ya, keliatan hasilnya walau lama. targetku sekarang emang pengen hidup lebih sehat, tapi sedih juga kalo ga keliatan hasilnya.
