OK it’s taco Tuesday and I think I’m still suffering from the Chinese food we had Sunday.
I was very very good yesterday, so today I believe I will have the tacos without the shell. 🥲
I know I won’t be able to walk that much because I have too much desk work. So I better hurry up and get to work, for you know what they say...

We are having tacos tonight too! And I am going to have mine in a lettuce wrap! But I also have carb balance tortillas that are only 70 calories and 3net carbs!

My husband I have discovered "low carb tortillas." The other day, he had the brilliant idea of buying a burrito from Del Taco, scooping out the filling, and putting it in a warmed, low-carb tortilla. It was GREAT!! You have to do this at home, of course, but the original burrito had 500 calories, 37 carbs and 27 grams of protein. The new and improved version has 350 calories, 7 carbs, and 26 grams of protein. Now that's something I get into!! We added a couple of slices of avocado, and BAM!!

Topless taco tuesday? Sounds good. That would be topless-tacos not me eating tacos in the aforementioned state of undress. Maybe that didn't come out right. Idk.

It was good Moopie, Keirstyn (lettuce wraps are great!), Jenny🌻 and Kristinbeth, but I’m not fond of cauliflower, but I’ll eat it... for if it’s food I will eat it.🙃
It was like having a taco salad only meatier Skydiverjim and Mountainman was delicious!

Thanks Rosie, Kattay, Becky, and Renee my husband also found the low-carb tortillas and pizza dough also, yikes! That is a great idea, if you don’t have time just switch out the tortillas from the Mexican fast food place sounds great!

Andrew, if you’re eating a topless taco you can’t be topless because it’s too sloppy without the shell. I like that though TTT, topless taco Tuesday, (the taco of course).😆
