Worried about my weigh in tomorrow..I cheated and weighed in today and was 198...yes I gained a pound this week....grrrr. Granted I haven't worked out in a couple of days...I've still been eating right and stopped starving myself. That shouldn't cause me to gain weight?!?! I looked and I was negative 1000- 1500 cals everyday...meaning I should lose at the very least a pound this week...NOT GAIN one!! Maybe my body is just trying to get back on track after that crazy protein diet. But that scale better not keep moving towards 200!!!
