baking like mad at the mo,just made a coffee cake with chocolate ganache for a friend's birthday and been asked to make one for her sister so they must have enjoyed it . baking is my stress reliever, and keeps me sane , I love baking and making things for frontline worker's and seeing the joy it brings.
