Hi thanks for asking I seasoned one lean pork chop with a bone with fresh garlic, lime juice, white vinagre, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, garlic power, onion powder and a bit of MSG (much less sodium than salt) let marinade for an hour. I broiled it at 15 min per side on a rack. The red beans from a No Salt added can and started with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, added sofrito ( made in blender fresh garlic, cilantro, green pepper and onions) low flame then added full content of beans with liquid. Added half a can of water some pieces of green pepper, 2 tbsp crushed red tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and brought to a boil. Lowerd flame simmer for 15 minutes then add a piece of boiled malanga and radishes. For the rice I used 204 grams cauliflour rice and 100 gram cooked brown bastmati rice and seasoned with onion power, garlic powder and turmeric for coloring.
