Wretched week with too much stress. I really need to learn a new way to deal with it. Ate ice-cream for dinner 3 nights in a row, and last night I went by myself out to dinner and had pancakes!! What is wrong with me. Oh man, think I'm trying to eat my way back to childhood and have all these bad things disappear. Well it's a new day (and an absolutely beautiful one at that) so think I'm going just focus on the good and not punish myself with food. Maybe I'll go buy myself a puppy!
