Made my first pizza with a cauliflower crust...it was...interesting...for this Italian! It was a boxed crust so it was super
thin and reminded me of Pizza Inn’s thin a/k/a cracker, crust. All in all not bad tasting though. Still a carb buster but I’ve been wanting to try it and hubby was devouring a DiGiorno so seemed like a good night to give it a whirl. Basically the crust was a “ delivery mechanism” for pizza sauce and cheese 😂

lol delivery system. that's so funny. that's what I call celery. just a vessel for peanut butter. otherwise no flavor.

kaitlyn... that’s the brand I tried. I think the next time I make one I’m going to put the crust in by itself for a few minutes and then put the toppings on. The edge of the pie I made was crispy but middle was soft. It certainly wasn’t as awful as I was expecting it to be 😀
