man covid year has been crazy to deal with. first I had nothing but time and lost 25+lbs but then mental health and needing to take time off overpowered me and I gained it all back. I've been out of work for a year (on furlough) and I finally got the call to go back tomorrow! now I need to figure out how to keep up the working out to continue my weight loss progress at the same time as going to work ft again. this'll be a new adventure
