Hit the losses really hard last month and decided to take a few weeks off to just maintain or slightly lose so my body can have a break and recover a bit before hitting it hard again next month. I'm a few days into seeing if I can behave and be responsible without actually logging. Logging helps me a lot to lose, but when I'm done and just need to maintain, I find it unrealistic for myself as a permanent daily activity. I know what and how to eat and what my difficulties are, and I don't have to rely on logging as a crutch for making good choices. I'll still go back to logging next month when I hit it hard again, but it feels nice to not and still be successful for these couple of weeks
