Thanks HCB ! Yes, it has been a long haul. BUT it would have been a lot sooner to my goal if I hadn't gotten frustrated and stopped logging on Fat Secret the times I did. Plateaus are tough. I could have been "normal sized" by now with a better bmi. It is what it is. Happier now!
