Ok so yesterday I had twice as many calories as usual. Before calorie counting I wouldn't think much of what I ate yesterday. I'd think it was eating a bit outside my diet, but wouldn't think it's twice what I should be eating. I guess it's opened my eyes a bit. I guess I need to be super strict...this is really tough...
