So I read about how the collagen peptides could be good for my joints. I’ve been taking other supplements once a week because I’m allergic to the shellfish it comes from. So I tried 1/4 dose of the collagen peptide yesterday. Has anyone ever use this? It seems to make me💩 more, gassy and with indigestion. I’m hoping this is just my body getting use to it ....
