I was discouraged this morning because these last few pounds are not coming off. Then I decided to look back at where I started.
April 20, 2019 184.0 lbs; February 1, 2020 168.4 lbs; January 1, 2021 149.8 lbs; March 27, 2021 144.2 lbs.
That cheered me up to see all my progress, and left a big smile on my face. When you get discouraged just go back and look at where you started.
I pray everyone is in good health. Smile 😃 everyone God gave us another day to work on our journey to a healthy weight.
