Enjoying the foods I love in moderation. I had pasta over the weekend, measured out one cup and stopped eating when I felt full. I couldn't even eat half a cup. I am noticing that I am eating less because I am feeling full faster, but I've also increased my protein intake so I think this helping me to feel full faster and longer.

I also been exercising for a month before starting fatsecret, I've only lost two pounds since about 5 weeks ago but I do appear to be slimmer in the abdomen area, perhaps I've gained some muscle mass.

I drink about a half a gallon of water a day, my goal is to be up to 3/4 of a gallon by Sunday and a whole gallon a week after that.
