I eat very basic. Cottage cheese or yogurt with small amount fruit or hard boiled eggs with small amount meat for protein. 🍀

My go to breakfast is cinnamon and brown sugar oatmeal with one slice of toast with a teaspoon of peanut butter. It's about 320 calories and a decent amount of fiber.
