I just came back from a physical and my doctor was very pleased. I told him I would be under 200 by my next appointment and I was at 190.6. I decided to update my goal to 180. So here I go. It will be a challenge since I am getting so much closer to a normal weight, but with FatSecret friends to encourage me I can do it. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. He is a very big part of my success in weight loss. He is the only reason I am successful at anything! Off I go for my 4 mile walk/jog. It is a beautiful spring day. Have a good one!
