question for women out there. I'm a month into my weightloss journey, doing great so far, but I'm getting ready to start my period any minute now and I know we're all built differently but I was wondering if any of you would like to share what your experiences are during that time of the month with weight fluctuating up and down, that way I kind of have any idea what to expect! thanks ❤❤❤

I always gain 3- 5 lbs at the beginning of my womanly... n crave everything 🍫 🍦 🍩 🍪 😩. but the lbs drop back off always 3 days in

I also tend to gain water weight- don’t usually weigh myself during this time of the month as it’s often discouraging/ can lead to bad decisions 😏 It’s a perfectly normal thing our bodies do, and I find if I drink more water leading up to it than I’m less bloated. Also love boiling chopped ginger root and sipping the tea with lemon and maple syrup as a liver and tummy tonic.

Used to always gain at the beginning of my weight loss journey but not so much anymore. If you do, don’t panic. Gains happen when we don’t expect them and don’t happen when we do expect them. It’s a roller coaster most days, never a straight line so just do what you need to do and don’t let the numbers get to your head.
