Finally passed through the 300-lb barrier. My weight starts with a 2 again for the first time in about 11 years. First goal is to lose 100 which is near. As soon as I hit that, I'll set a new goal 50 lbs lower. Committed to meticulous daily tracking of food in and activity for a calendar year (10/12/21). When I get there, I hope to be able to commit to the same for another year. Weighing less frequently than in the past and caring a lot less about the scale result. Not to say a gain still doesn't feel like a hard kick in the gut. The physical results are more than enough to reassure me this is working and its absolutely worth staying the course. Turning back is not an option. I've burned the boats.
