What a beautiful day. Raked the yard and burned the leaves. I had a larger than average appetite today, as soon as the raking was done, I was hungry. I had too many low carb snacks and drove up my calorie count. Coffee with cream sounds good right now so I am going to indulge. I'll do better tomorrow.
