I haven't been eating bread for a while and through the day I ate 4 slice of bread, loads of potatoes and cakes so I expected to maybe gain. Plus on Saturday night I drank a whole bottle of prosecco and grazed all day yesterday. So today I'm having a fasting day off 500 calories to restart
