Yeah, so my weight still inched up (not that I'm recording it) and that's both frustrating and depressing. I'm going to Hawaii in mid-May so I've GOT to get some of this weight off! Last night I exercised almost 2 hours & I'm down a lb, but that's not something I can do all the time. Anyway, in better news I've gotten my 6-week project (which will probably be a 4-week project, LOL) for my EXRX class. My fictional client is a 63 yr-old man weighing 290 that wants to start exercising. I've got some stats on his BP, resting HR & 1 rep max on bench & leg press. The assignment is to run some calculations & come up with an exercise plan for him. Of course, simultaneously I will make one for myself, LOL! My homework assignment for the weekend is some metabolic calculations & recording some instructional videos of me doing some seated rows, bench & leg press & bench dips(?), well THAT will be interesting! I'm not sure I can lift as much as this girl is, LOL!
