Well, after a stellar previous two weeks where I lost 6 lbs., I seem to have derailed a bit, hence the lack of recording. There were simply too many opportunities to eat wonderful food this week. Wonderful scalloped potatoes as only my mother-in-law can make plus leftovers for a day or two, potatoes for supper again ala my stay at home (retired) husband and then again, a fantastic date night out at a wonderful dinner/cooking demonstration at a great Italian restaurant this week with of course "white pasta" , too much olive oil and great dessert with "white" sugar. So much for my "no white" food for the Easter challenge. All good things seem to come in bunches...so...now it's time to buckle down again and get back to work...ah...here we go again, but really, it's not so bad. I truly am beginning to enjoy the smaller sizes I can wear and the compliments from my family. I also feel better about how I look. Many good reasons to keep this up, so instead of letting a small setback discourage me, I will pick myself up, dust myself off and keep on trucking.
Thank you FS friends for all your advice and encouraging words.
