Earned all these from WW more than 10 years ago. Then, basiclly lost them one by one over time. Have been steadily redeeming them since 10/12/20, getting the gold one back this week. I promised myself two things when I started - I'd track all food and exercise until 10/12/21, and once I'd lost 100 lbs, I'd set a new goal 50 lbs lower. See if I can get there by Columbus Day/Canadian Thanksgiving Day. Beyond that, my intent is to renew the "until 10/12 goal" every year going forward.
