So here are the excuses- holiday, broken foot, bad weather,lazy. Really the last one is the only real one because even though its been the holiday I still could have eaten better, also my broken foot might have made it hard for me to cook but I didnt seem to have a problem ordering food that I knew was bad for me when I could have ordered healthier options. Sure the broken foot and the bad weather made it impossible for me to get to the gym but I have small weights in the house I should have been using. What it comes down to is laziness and I need to break myself of it. Starting today I am logging my food, making smarter choices as to what I eat, doing food prep, and getting my fat ass to the gym.
