The past few weeks have been a REAL challenge between work-related challenges and and a pretty significant health issue with my elderly mom...meal planning went out the window for the most part...and a couple of times fast food entered the picture. Today, I’m hoping a medical procedure will resolve my mom’s issues...and even though the past couple of weeks were challenging from a dieting perspective, it wasn’t a total bust because I stayed within 1 pound of where I was before everything hit the fan. Certainly not a “license to cheat” but was educational to see the tolerance limits of an unintentional stall. So, even challenges and disappointments bring opportunities to learn new things and skills. Onward and downwards we go!!
