Shrewd- I've had a terrible time with maintenance in the past. A little leads to a lot and before I knew it, I'd gained so much back. I hope I've learned from experience and not go right back into old habits. I've been watching several people very closely that are at goal and what they do to maintain. They all seem to have one thing in common...they still weigh and track their food, or at least keep a close eye on things. They don't let days and days go by without checking their weight.  

See, once I get there I never want to go back. 😟 SCARY! Then I will never let days go by without checking in. 👍😁
