Haven't been keeping track the last few days of my food intake and exercise, but I haven't really done anything that I haven't been practicing in the last couple of months anyways. I feel like I am disciplined enough to miss a few days. I'll find out tomorrow when I weigh in. So excited to see if I've made anymore progress.
