I'm a little bummed I didn't see movement on the scale but gained six ounces. Not looking back though, today is day four of a fat fast. Fat burning takes time. Looking forward to the rest of the week.

Yes, many things effect our water weight and the scale. Sodium, Exercise, medications, inflammation, sickness, stress, etc. So it will go up and down all day. All you can do is stick with it, drink your water and keep going.
