Month 1 of exercising completed! Based on my chart, looks like I lost 2.4lbs. in my first month of coming back to consistently exercising. I am happy that I mentally committed myself to working out at least 4x every week. Now it is week 5 into exercising, and I woke up at 5 a.m. and completed a good workout. This week, instead of having an upper body and a lower body day, I will be incorporating full body exercises. I will see how it goes. Happy Monday and have a great week everyone! I think this is the real reason that FS members spend YEARS of dieting and STILL can't seem to get to a reasonable weight for their frame. Their minds just cannot stop their hands from reaching into the bags of chips and plating huge helpings. I am training my brain to accept my new WOE and new habits. Strong Brain=Willpower. Fantastic. I hope you find the training pattern that suits you. I like separating lower and upper body, mainly from a time perspective and also because I think I do more than when I do a full body workout in a day.
