Sometimes “life” gets in the way of life and what feels like “defeat” is really an opportunity to learn. The last few weeks have been exhausting with precious little time to meal plan...sitting around the same weight for so long seemed defeating - but it really has been a positive learning experience and more reflective of how life works outside of “being on a diet.” Things have finally calmed down so time to regain the momentum...it’s all good and even little bumps in the road can be a good thing...never give up!!
