I’m on cloud 9. This is proving to myself that I CAN increase my intake and still lose weight. A hundred or two calories may not seem like a lot, but to my brain, it’s massive. Especially following my breakdown yesterday, I’m so proud of myself for keeping everything down and letting myself see where my healthy decision took me. I can’t wait to see where I go from here!
