I'd be lying if I said yesterday wasn't discouraging. I managed to get 40 calories above my comfort limit, but I had meant to increase it far more. In the end, my brain couldn't handle it and I had to admit defeat. I know that for every win, there'll be three losses, but it doesn't make taking those hits any easier. All I can do now is focus on today, which is exactly what I'm planning on doing. My goal is to fill in some of my deficits with liquid calories in a comfortable format. Getting down drinks has always been easier than food. I can confidently say that I've already made some headway this morning. Now all I have to do is keep going! All of that aside, yesterday definitely wasn't all bad. I had an interview for a third job on top of my current full time job, per diem side job, volunteer position, and full time school. I'm still a straight A student at university, don't worry, I can handle it lol I think the interview went well and, if I get the job, it'll pay more than my current full time one, which will help me move out of my abusive home situation. That's awesome. If it is easier to drink things, consider something like the ensure protein shakes. Congratulations with the job. I also currently a fulltime student at a university, I have two part time jobs and I am just pushing through. Just remember, any setback is a reason to push harder.

Sorry you are in an abusive home situation. I pray the new job opportunity works out for you, and also for strength for your heavy schedule. I watch Dr Ramani on Youtube regarding how to live in an abusive environment. It's been very helpful to me.
