Had an amazing workout today, less than two months to go before the warrior dash!! I am on a bit of a plateau for my weight loss, but I am noticing my writs, ankles and legs slimming down. It is a bit discouraging to step on the scale and see the needle at the same mark as last week but I am debating on getting rid of the things all together. I hate the feeling I get when I stare down at the same number for weeks and weeks. I need to go by my gut feeling and how my clothes fit. Running is getting easier, I can control my breathing better now. I am still full of energy and I love the food that I eat. Its amazing how much bread and pasta was dulling my tastebuds. I have a great appreciation for all kinds of foods now. Hope everyone is doing well!! Roxxxx
