It is just so easy to go over on calories for the day. I had been doing pretty well, but I've had a few days lately on which I just ate too much. I need to always be paying attention. On special occasions, I can see allowing myself a treat or not worrying too much about the totals. I didn't really have special occasions this week though and for everyday life, I have to get in the habit of keeping my food intake right about where I want it to be.
