Good Morning!! Day 1 of logging--not Day 1 of shooting for a healthier life! I actually became motivated about 2 weeks ago. I'm tired of junk food and the snack machine is NOT my friend. I have rediscovered oranges and blueberries as well as spinach. My goals are weight management by diet as well as control of diabetes. I have been eating an orange a day for about a week now and I cannot believe how much better I feel!!!
