OKAY, I am back from vacation - I sure I have gained a few pounds but we are starting again beginning in the morning - good to be back my FS friends!

Thank you, Shrewdness, you are too kind. I had to stay away from the Caribbean Run and beer for the most part, only ate 2 meals a day and was pretty active with Scuba diving and parasailing and 4 wheeling. There was not a lot of down time.

I used to scuba dive, but that’s about it.🙂
