So I thought I would be at 179-183 since I ate so flipping much food yesterday I was afraid to get on the scale this morning, but I did, and it said 175. I was SHOCKED, and happy. So I celebrated by going to the gym. This is the best gym day I have ever had.

I broke my record on the treadmill. I did a mile in 12 minutes- a personal best for me! I was so happy that I kept going at the pace I was set at (5) and broke another record. I usually am only able to stay on 5 for about 3 minutes. I got a runners high and stayed on it for 20 minutes! Yay! Great gym day, so happy. :D
