Alas im back to where I started. Keto again, and again and again...Nothing else helps me loose weight but when i start normal food with carbs I gain weight again. This time I'm taking metformin to control my bood sugar from spiking (as I have pcos). Lets hope this is the last time I have had to keto. Inshalah I will maintain weight this time. Last time I gained 28 kg due to baby's birth but this time Inshalah i will not allow my weight to rise this much.

You know what they say, the hardest part of losing weight is not actually losing it, but maintaining it! Not a huge fan of keto, but i'm guessing incorporating a bit of regular exercise might help, because once those carbs come back, and at some point they have to, very hard to
restrict them.
