It's that time of year. I'm no longer fueled by my guilt from Christmas. I've lost 21 pounds and I think to myself, "Wow, I haven't weighed in so low in years." It sure would be nice to give up now.
I see all the warning signs too. I keep sneaking little nibbles of things that will be too small to track. A spoonful here, a pinch there. Soon I won't be loosing weight and then I'll give up entirely.
My only hope is that blogging about this will turn me around. Come on "Skinny me", take over!
