You can do this! I'm also trying to gain weight. Tho most folks at FS are trying to lose weight, I've been inspired by their stories and their efforts. I think you will find the same here.

I wish I had some wisdom to share with you, but I've never had a problem gaining weight. I can walk past food and gain weight. Welcome to FatSecret though. I'm sure someone here will know how to help you.

I feel you 😉 I’m 5’1, 88ish pounds. Last time I was over 100 pounds was when I gave birth to my son(22yrs ago). I’d have not gain much weight since. I found FS by accident and really impressed with FS. Creative recipes , encouragement from everyone..... I could go on and on, but you will see. Everyone is lovely here in FS.💪🏼💪🏼🙏🏼😊

I'm trying to gain weight too girl! I'm 130 and 5'9. It's really hard work but ive already gained 8 pounds with working out and diet. YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Be consistent and focus on your mindset.

there are a lot of people on this site who could help you they know what to add to the foods to make their higher in proteins and good fats not so much me but good luck

My only piece of advice is don’t use foods that have empty calories just to fill up the numbers. Like every one here, the journey is about getting or remaining healthy along the way. Concentrate on healthy fats, higher protein than you might be used to and fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds etc. if need be, consult a dietician or Google is a good resource.

Brown rice and steel cut oats are packed with calories if you need a healthy way to add more cals. I wish you well on your health journey.

If you're having trouble meeting your daily calorie intake, buy a blender and DRINK your calories. That has been a game changer for me!!! I literally used to be the person who could eat a bag of chips and in 2 days. I never had an appetite but working out and forcing yourself to finish each meal helps gain that appetite. I went from eating nothing to eating 3500calories daily. Nutritional shakes have also been a MUST for me. Whole milk is a must if you can drink it. With my smoothies I can add on over 1000 calories just in one drink. Bananas, OATS, peanut or almond butter, whole milk. Any other fruit or veggie you like, put it in there but make sure you measure everything and count calories for each item. Counting calories is the most important part of this journey. You need to know everything you eat! When I would try to gain weight without counting my calories, I THOUGHT i was eating more, but I wasn't seeing results because I wasn't eating enough. This app will be your best friend.

Literally, any questions you have about weight gain, I have an answer. Lol I struggled to gain weight my entire life but finally researched and learned everything to do this successfully. By the way, white rice has more carbs and calories than brown but brown is healthier. Focus on HEALTHY high carbs and proteins. Those will pack on your weight.
