This smoothie isnt the best tasting (its not bad) but it's VERY effective! This is my highly recommended smoothie. Drink 1x DAILY and make sure you finish it all. Drink it with a meal right before bed. Its about 1000 calories. Add your calories from each ingredient. 1 1/2 - 2 cups of whole milk (using oats it is very thick. Start with 1 1/2c and if it's too thick add another 1/2 c. Without oats use 1c. I always put the liquid in first so its easier to blend) 1/2cup rolled oats (dry not cooked) 2tbs of Almond butter or peanut butter. (Almond tastes better IMO but use your favorite) 1 banana 1tbs organic honey 1/4 yogurt (greek is high in protein but you can use banana or whatever kind you enjoy) Another favorite of mine : (Bananas and Mangos are a staple for healthy weight gain) 1 cup of whole milk 2 bananas 1c mango chunks (I prefer fresh not frozen, but you can use either. I dont like how watered down frozen fruit tastes.) 2tbs chia seeds 3tbs oats (dry not cooked) 2tbs greek yogurt (You can use organic honey as well as a healthy sweetener if you prefer that. I sometimes do.) You can start out with those two and see which one you like the most. Both are very effective and almost 1000 calories or more. Just make sure you're also eating with these shakes, they are not a meal replacement. I also recommend working out SO your weight not only goes to the places you want it to go but ALSO working out helps tremendously with APPETITE! I wake up starving and I used to hate eating breakfast. Also highly recommend CARBS! Carbs will be your best friend. Breads, potatoes, pasta etc. Focus on eating more carbs than anything. Your carbs should be around 50-60% of the total food you eat daily, if not more. Also, UP your RDI on here by 500 more calories than FS gave you. You will see results faster. You got this!!!!
