people struggle to eat large amounts of protein and here I am, struggling to eat less with my 3500 calorie "diet" .. my trainer said to lower my protein from 150-180 to 100-115. That is so hard for me with the amount of calories I'm supposed to intake daily. Its so crazy how a lot of trainers push how important high protein diets are until they tell you youre eating too much. 😂😭 you realize everything healthy that puts weight on you, contains a ton of protein. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place lmao send help.
