The soft landing isn't going great. Work stress and decreased focus on weight loss have contributed (??) to diet non-adherence. And I'm not even talking about weight loss diet - I mean non adherence to a weight maintenance diet. I wasn't giving pandemic life enough credit for giving me the time and space to make big lifestyle changes. I need to adhere more strictly to a healthy diet without excess at regular intervals. Then I can hopefully achieve a soft and durable landing at a healthy weight.
